Toolskuy provides free online tools for personal and commercial use. You may not use the Service to: (a) upload illegal, malicious, or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API; (c) use automated bots to overload our servers.
3. File Uploads
Files uploaded for conversion are processed solely for the purpose you submitted them. All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour. You are responsible for having the right to process and convert any files you upload.
4. URL Shortener
The URL Shortener may not be used to shorten links to phishing sites, malware, illegal content, or any content that violates our guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any short links at our discretion.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
Toolskuy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service, including data loss or file corruption.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
